  • Included services are subject to the limits and definitions of each plan.
  • Notarial, government, registry, courier, translation, and third-party costs are not included.
  • The 24- or 48-hour timeframes refer to the initial response. Completion time will depend on the matter's complexity, the information provided, and the involvement of third parties or authorities.
  • The firm may recommend a separate quote when a matter exceeds the reasonable scope of the membership.
  • Activation is subject to identity verification, client due diligence, and a conflict-of-interest review.
  • The membership does not cover matters or contingencies existing before it was contracted, unless agreed in writing.

Initial assessment and activation

Before activating the membership, we ask the client for a brief initial assessment. This step lets us understand the business, identify risks, and avoid taking on pre-existing issues without enough information.

  • General company information and business activity.
  • Identification of shareholders, directors, officers, and beneficial owners.
  • Basic corporate documents.
  • Key contracts, employees, and relevant suppliers.
  • Existing proceedings, claims, or contingencies.
  • Identity verification and conflict-of-interest check.

Contracting the membership is subject to an initial assessment, identity verification, and confirmation that there is no conflict of interest.
